For Clover Villas, that moment arrived with the groundbreaking ceremony at Lorong 108 Changi.
It marked the official start of construction, but more than that, it symbolised the beginning of a transformation. From a cherished family home into a collection of four modern freehold terrace houses that would carry the land’s story forward.
From Vision to Action
After months of design work, planning approvals, and coordination, the project was finally ready to take shape. Our team gathered with the landowner and key partners on-site to mark this milestone.
For the landowner, the day carried deep personal meaning. The land had been home to his family for decades, its a place of countless memories. Seeing the first shovel break ground represented both nostalgia and renewal: a familiar piece of land embarking on an entirely new chapter.
For KD&F Development, it was a moment of pride and responsibility. The ceremony signified not just the start of construction, but the trust placed in us to execute a shared vision with precision and care.
Preparing for Transformation
Before any machinery arrived, extensive preparation had already been set in motion. We worked closely with the owner to ensure every step of the transition was seamless.
This included helping the family secure a temporary residence and coordinating their move while construction commenced, a small but essential part of our commitment to making the redevelopment process stress-free and personal.
Behind the scenes, site preparation, engineering checks, and safety measures were meticulously managed. Every step reflected our belief that excellence begins long before the first brick is laid.
