We are honored to announce that Clover Villas, our latest landed development, has been awarded “Top Landed Development” at the prestigious EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2024.
A Legacy Honored, A Home Reimagined
Nestled along Lorong 108 Changi in District 15, Clover Villas is a collection of four freehold terrace houses built on a 9,749 sq ft plot. Each five-storey home—including an elevated basement and attic—offers between 6,948 and 7,727 sq ft of built-up space, with land sizes ranging from 2,075 to 2,800 sq ft.
But beyond its generous scale lies a meaningful narrative, a story of collaboration and trust. The original site was home to a cherished bungalow belonging to a long-time landowner. Rather than selling outright, the owner wanted to preserve a piece of the family’s legacy.
We proposed a partnership: redevelop the land into four modern terrace houses, with the owner retaining one unit. Throughout the process, we managed every detail—including arranging a comfortable temporary residence for the owner while construction was underway—so they could enjoy peace of mind and avoid the stresses of redevelopment.
Design That Resonates: Form, Function, and Context

Interiors embrace a thoughtful spatial hierarchy: the basement offers parking, a foyer, utility spaces, and shelter; the first floor unfolds into social and entertaining zones with seamless indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the private quarters include multiple en‑suite bedrooms and, at attic level, a versatile space that opens to a roof terrace—ideal as a home office, gym, or relaxed games room.
These design choices won high praises for its efficiency of the layout and the quality of the finishes, as well as how well Clover Villas integrated seamlessly into its surroundings.
